Taekwondo is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. It is also a official Olympic sport.Taekwondo is a total learning activity. Lessons are tailored to your child's age and skill level. You begin by practicing basic patterns and forms, board breaking, kicking, blocking, striking, and punching. These fundamental skills increase your physical coordination, flexibility, balance, and mental acumen. Taekwondo develops your athletic abilities and self-awareness, and improves capabilities in self-defence.

The way Taekwondo is taught at the club evidently improves their self-discipline, concentration levels, and their focus a great deal. This is because the student uses the mind and physical action at the same time to a precise set of instructions. This helps the student at school and later on in their lives. The art of concentration is to learn to ignore distractions and clear the mind of all thoughts, except the task that is being done at the time.

The student gain confidence in their ability inside and outside the class. Respect is a very important part of Martial Arts training. It is very important to have this respect inside and outside the training hall as it is the bridge to mutual understanding and ultimately to peaceful co-existence with others. This is needed aspect one should develop modern complex world. When practicing with other student’s self-control of one’s actions is very important as to not hurt each other.

WTF (World Taekwondo Federation) is the Olympic style of Taekwondo. It is a full contact sport, full of fun, fitness and discipline. We offer regular competitions, regular grading, seminars & demonstrations.

Our competitors won several championships medals & awards which including 1st Poomsea Team and many more medals for Sparring in total 21 Gold medals , 12 Silver Medals and 9 Bronze Medals at British Maters Taekwondo Championship 2016 . Also Our team won 8 Gold, 9 Silver and 6 Bronze medals at British International Open Taekwondo competition 2015.

1st place trophy (Poomsea) at British International Championship 2016 for wining the most medals and 5 Gold medals , 2 Silver medals and 4 Bronz medals for Sparring .

Wining most number of Poomsea Gold medals at British Master’s National Championship 2017. Altogether both Sparring and Poomsea total 18 Gold medals and 14 Silver medals.
